Matt Gilbert is a career counselor at the Bellini Center for Talent Development within the 四虎影视 Muma College of Business. In this role, he partners with undergraduate business students to support their professional growth through individualized coaching, career planning, and job search preparation. He is dedicated to meeting students where they are and empowering them to pursue their career goals with confidence.

Prior to joining the 四虎影视, Matt held leadership positions in the retail, corporate, and real estate sectors, where he specialized in team development, talent acquisition, and strategic operations. He brings this diverse experience into his work with students, helping them navigate workplace dynamics and prepare for the expectations of today鈥檚 employers.

Matt earned both his Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Science in Management from the 四虎影视. He is also a licensed real estate agent in the state of Florida. Passionate about student success, Matt is committed to helping students build the skills, mindset, and confidence needed to thrive in college and beyond.
