Presidential finalist Moez Limayem’s visit to ËÄ»¢Ó°ÊÓ

Moez Limayem will visit all three ËÄ»¢Ó°ÊÓ campuses on Monday, Oct. 13. Students, faculty, staff and administrators will have the opportunity to participate in forums and learn more about the sole finalist as the ninth president in ËÄ»¢Ó°ÊÓ’s history.

Limayem served as the Lynn Pippenger Dean of the Muma College of Business at ËÄ»¢Ó°ÊÓ for 10 years prior to becoming UNF’s president in 2022. He has been recognized by Florida Trend as one of the state’s 500 most influential business leaders and received an award from the National Academy of Inventors for his many contributions to innovation and invention.

Rhea Law selected as ËÄ»¢Ó°ÊÓ president-elect

The ËÄ»¢Ó°ÊÓ Board of Trustees voted unanimously to name Rhea Law as the university’s president-elect. Law, who has been ËÄ»¢Ó°ÊÓ’s interim president since August, will become the university’s eighth president and the first ËÄ»¢Ó°ÊÓ alum to fill the role, pending confirmation by the Florida Board of Governors (BOG) next week.
