Faculty, Staff & Administration

The registration below is intended for faculty, staff, and administrators who wish to participate in Commencement. There are two roles in which you can participate; either as a member of the platform party or as a ceremony marshal. 

PLATFORM PARTY Information

Faculty and administration play a vital role in our Commencement ceremonies. If you are interested in participating in Commencement, as a member of the platform party, who processes into the arena and is seated on the stage please register below. If you are hooding a doctoral candidate you do not register; during the graduate's registration process they select you and you will receive an invitation confirmation email.

The deadline to is Friday, October 31.

Marshal Information

Marshals are what make Commencement successful and an enjoyable and memorable experience for our students. Faculty, staff and administration may volunteer to serve as a ceremony marshal, who assist our graduates on the arena floor.  If you are interested in participating in Commencement, you may register below. As a part of the registration process you will provide your height, and will wear marshal regalia, provided by the Commencement office.
