The Healthcare Compliance Officer reports directly to the 四虎影视 Chief Compliance Officer with an accountable report to the Senior Vice President, 四虎影视 Health.  

The Healthcare Compliance Officer provides regular reports of program activity and identified risks to the UMSA Independent Audit Committee, a sub-committee of the UMSA Boards of Directors.  Additionally, as a component of the 四虎影视 compliance program within the 四虎影视 Office of Compliance & Ethics, the 四虎影视 Board of Trustees Audit & Compliance Committee is kept apprised of program effectiveness and identified risks.
